01 Why should I join a team?
​
Teams aren't for everyone. Agents who join a team are generally attracted to the support and services the team offers to get their business off the ground. This includes lead generation, marketing, business support, career development, systems, tools, and many other resources to drive your business forward. The cost and financial risk of marketing and operations can be overwhelming to agents who would rather just sell homes. A team absorbs the financial burden while providing you with all the tools you need so you can do what you do best and leave the rest.

02 Are all real estate teams the same?

No. Every team is different from the tools they provide to the services they offer to the way they distribute leads. Commission structures also vary from both the team and the brokerage at which they reside. Be sure to do your research before you join just any team. We're proud to be one of the top real estate teams in Delaware! We pride ourselves on transparency and are happy to answer any questions you have about our team structure and benefits.
03 How many leads can I expect from the team?

WARM LEADS
The leads we distribute are very different from the leads that get distributed on most teams. Generally, our leads have been warmed up to some level and have expressed some sort of interest before they are connected with an agent on our team. These warm leads are distributed to agents that are available at the time the lead comes in. The more you are available to take leads the more warm leads you will get. Because we're one of the top real estate teams serving both Delaware and Pennsylvania, we receive a lot of organic business from motivated buyers and sellers.
COLD/ RAW LEADS
We maintain a database of nearly 39,000 leads and growing. In addition to the warm leads that we distribute we offer lots of opportunities for our agents to connect with real estate consumers. We even help you learn how to generate more leads!
04 Will I be required to work a set schedule?

No. As a 1099 Employee and licensed real estate agent you are most certainly entitled to set your own schedule. As part of our team you are however encouraged to participate in team meetings, coaching calls and other events. Keep in mind those that don't participate in our team events may not receive the same privileges of those that do.
05 Will I be required to work in the office every day?
​
No. We do however encourage new agents on our team to be in our Wilmington, DE office at least 20 hours a week for the first several months or until they get acclimated and start bringing in business. Many of our agents work from home. The office is conveniently located in the Concord Plaza off of Silverside Rd. It's available to agents on the team 24/7 and offers a great location for new consults, appointments and settlements.
06 Will I make more money on the team?

You can! Many agents on our team actually started their career as a single agent and found it much easier to get their business off the ground once they joined our team. Most single agents don't have the budget to maintain the level of resources and marketing our team offers, let alone the income to support a staff that assists with things like transaction management, listing coordination and marketing. With the support we offer, agents on our team are able to spend less money marketing, less time doing administrative duties and more time training and closing deals. The income our agents make solely depends on the level of work and time they are willing to put in to build their skills and their business.
07 Do I need to have a real estate license to be an agent on the team?
Yes! Our team currently serves areas in Delaware and Pennsylvania. Agents on our team must be licensed in either DE, PA or both! (It is not a requirement to have a license in both states but it is certainly an advantage.)

08 How can I grow on the team?
We offer a growth plan through our proprietary Milestone Program that we've developed to ensure agents never want to leave.
